Riverview Apartment - Durham

The location of the Riverview Apartment was fantastic, with amazing views of the river. The bathrooms were modern and luxurious, adding to the overall experience. The apartment was well equipped and clean, and the parking on site was a great convenience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as noise when the windows were open and the apartment getting warm with the windows closed, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. A fan and anti-slip mats for the showers would have been a nice addition, as well as clearer instructions for the remote operated gates.

We thoroughly enjoyed being there.

It was excellent and unbeatable by the river.

Amazing and nice bathroom, a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries. Excellent and marvellous setting, so close to the shops and restaurants and city centre and onsite parking.

The location was superb, with easy access to popular attractions like the city center and the beautiful riverfront. The apartment itself was well-equipped and impeccably clean. Our children were able to surf the web effortlessly, whether it was streaming their favorite shows or keeping up with their friends on social media. It truly felt like a home away from home.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features at the apartment. The common areas were well-lit and easy to navigate, making it comfortable for someone like me. The decoration was lovely, with cozy furniture and tasteful touches that made me feel right at home.

I would have loved to see a dedicated staff member available to assist senior guests, as navigating through the processes and amenities on my own was a bit challenging.

our recent stay in durham for a wedding celebration was amazing, and our apartment at riverview made it even better. the location was ideal and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and modern. the bathrooms were a highlight, as well as the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. we would definitely return!

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The lack of working extractor fans in the bathrooms made them steamy and damp, and the absence of bath mats and grab rails in the ensuite made it feel unsafe.

We stayed at Riverview for a week-long vacation and loved it! The location was perfect, with easy access and secure parking. Amazing City Views: The moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted with breathtaking city views. It felt like being in a scene from a movie, with the sparkling river below and the city lights twinkling in the distance. It truly added a touch of magic to my stay.

Limited TV Channels: Although the apartment had a DVD player, the TV channels were quite limited. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of shows to relax and unwind in the evening.
